The walking through first class and other rubbing in the face is intentional.  It gets the fence sitters to more strongly consider upgrading their next flight.

Yes, the Shin Bet gets a list of all pax and they monitor everything very closely on all flights to TLV, you will always see Israeli security people near TLV bound flights, they have radio's and ear pieces and speak Hebrew and they do not belong to a specific airline

He wasn't on any list the shin bet got.  He got on the wrong bus.  I highly doubt the shin bet has people on the tarmac checking the passports of people as they go up the stairs.
