Take a survey amongst Israelis and ask them about the frum people having large families, and you will probably get an overwhelming majority that will have negative things to say,including how it's a financial burden on the country. That is a result of political brainwashing. Every honest economist will tell you that one of the best things for economic growth is population growth and high birth rates.
The US is in a much better shape than the rest of the developed world due to better attitudes towards high birth rates and large families.
The biggest economic challenge major economies are facing is negative population growth. Japan, Russia, Germany (which is why they allowed in so many "refugees", without considering other consequences, and the social change), France and most of the EU have this problem.
