A man soliciting residents claiming to be many different titles such as from the management company then Con Edison and national grid was harassing residents knocking on the doors of tenants of a frum 100 apartment building being belligerent and insistent that they open the door to accept his service that he was selling for energy companies . Residents insisted he leave but he was acting strange and being insistent that they open the door . Frum mothers were home at the time as their husbands were in Kollel The man was very insistent that they open the door he started walking from the six floor all the way down to the first floor knocking on doors and forcing tenants to sign up for his services a neighbor on the second floor told him to get out of the building before he calls the cops he still continued knocking on doors, he knocked on one mans door and the man told him to leave by saying "get the @&$! Out of the building " at that moment the man pulled out a knife and stab him in his rib cage while yelling that he is 17 years old and he should not talk to him like that leaving A 5 inch stab wound
