Not sure why you're upset. The comic you posted says it all (or at least mostly). As I've said over and over, these cameras have nothing whatsoever to do with safety. They have 100% to do with generating revenue to fund politicians' projects while claiming not to raise taxes.

Mine was a speed camera...

Although to be fair, that was right before the cameras were ruled unconstitutional so I never actually had to pay it.
