Interesting attempts to decipher in the comments. I think they are all missing the fact that this is a טבעת חותם which means that the script is a mirror image.
I can't make out the first line other than a few letters, like a ṭāʾ in the beginning, can't make out the second letter, third letter being an ʾalif and then a kāf (my Arabic isn't that good, and if this is Urdu or Farsi, that might actually be a Noon at the end). Second line is clearly bin 'abd and third line isn't as clear but might be Allah followed by something I'm not sure of.
So this ring was originally used as a seal of someone called .... bin 'abd Allah.
(though if this is actually Persian/Urdu, the first name might be طعان)
