I've seen a lot of this recently [in the news].

Basically people billing companies for work never done or requested and  getting paid.

A lot of the companies paying are new or just not set up to verify,  and just pay and pay until one day... [its a rhyme].

I dont think anywhere else is the suloution.

Some ppl made 10's of million +++ in fraudulent schemes, yet mange to go off for a year or two. Even if you'd put them for longer it mostly wouldn't change stuff. There needs to be consequences for such type of activity.
