i'm thinking it's like one of those fbi terrorist busts where they go to a couple of guys, offer them some guns and then bust them, meanwhile if they hadn't made it accessible all they would have ever done is hate. Not that i don't mind the setup... it's not like they were blowing things up and ran out of c4. (All an opinion

While I am generally against entrapment stings, this case was very different. She approached her co-worker asking him to kill her husband. The co-worker was concerned so he contacted authorities. She was actively looking to do the crime and they authorities intercepted her.
There's so many domestic disputes that end in murder - luckily this one was caught before it happened not after.
