Forbes magazine (HT: Dan) had an article about them last month.  The feds have known about them for while.  This guy new that was so cocky about the website's anonymity controls that he agreed to do an interview with Forbes, or anyone else who asked.

In the article, he claims he only allows the sale of "victimless contrabands"--no child porn, stolen good, etc.
