I don't believe he's doing $100M sales. Amazon's 2012 sales were $60B that would mean one of every 600 sales on Amazon is his. (Does the $60B include third party merchants?)
I'd assume it includes only the percentage that goes to amazon.
@PG Selling 1/600th of amazon revenue has no connection to participating in 1/600th of their sales. If they sell higher priced items than the amazon average, they could be selling 1/800th, 1/1000th or whatever their real numbers are.
