We finally had a few days to take off so I decided to jump on in, as usual tried everything on points and I must say the trip worked out beautifully.
Tuesday: EWR-FLL UA724 1B lie flat
I have a lot of UA ETC so decided to use some of it. Booked economy for $169 and +$200 for the upgrade.
The seats were very comfortable, spacious and it was a quick flight.
Upon landing we went over to FLL rental center which is a walk away from T1, booked standard rental at National and drove out with 2025 Audi q7.
Slept over in FLL.
Wednesday: Brunch at yumberry

Then we headed out to KeyWest.
Upon arrival we checked in at Casa Marina, used 1 FNC and 104k points for 2 nights, got upgraded to ocean view with terrace

Then we went to check the Chabad which was closed, we headed over to Publix to get some food and snacks,
Thursday: walked around and chilled , the weather and water color is not to compare to MIA, went to 0 mile mark, southernmost point, and Mam's Best Food
Wanted to do Mallory square but was getting too late.
Walked around a bit more, and then headed back to the hotel,
Friday: late check out 12pm, initially I had a flight back to MIA with AA (cash price $500 booked with 9k points) but then we decided to drive back as I needed the car till after the weekend,
Shabbos was very nice at our Villa, bought food at KC Hollywood and cooked ourself
Motza: ice cram at Anita probably the best ice cream ever had

Hechsher:

Sunday: just chill at the pool, ordered in Acai bowl from The carrot
And then early dinner at JZ steakhouse who never disappoints

Then back to MIA AA 2D and 2F 15k and 17k cash prices were like $400 on spirit (!) overall very nice quiet relaxing trip.
