they dont like you transferring money out of the country..
You were able to send to other banks before zelle. It just had to be within clear xchange
Just found out now about it....it would have saved me a real headache....
btw you were able to transfer to any bank, even if it was not on clearxchange, you just had to link that bank to an email address directly through clearxchange. did it many times. for whatever it's worth now...

yes same with depositing checkslooks like they raised the limit do to covid
