21-22, when they would normally go to Israel, and instead of returning at 23-24, they return at 22-23.

12th grade is basically non existent anymore, so this is not such a massive change. (Though they will need to retire a Magid shiur or 2)

Also, the reason why 15-20 years ago bachurim were going out at 22-23, and now they're going out at 23-24 is because the elementary school deadline was changed. Which also affected the girls (assuming they start now 19-20, instead of 18-19), so this could actually make a difference
