Or Lakewood. Do some profiling at the door. Or like the sign up question for the forums, but a jewish one.
I'm not who you think I am.

How about only allowing entry with pre-registration and approval, and a simple valid ID check at the door.

How would that work?
You think the bloggers don't have accounts here?
I wouldn't be surprised.

How wouldn't it work? It's a lot harder to forge a valid ID then to make a forum account.

So you would exclude who? Only known offenders?
That might work...

Make everyone who comes sign an NDA.
Who do you think you are fooling? You think you are going to pull a quick one on your Creator? Good luck with that.

I want to have a DDF at the Shenk Shul in Washington Heights, New York. Dan, could that be something you'd be interested in doing in the near future? I know I've mentioned this before but I want to see if it's at all possible. I am the former President of the Shul and am currently serving on the board. This Shul services the young professional and student community of Washington Heights. We would get a large crowd from students and professionals from the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, the Washington Heights, and possibly Teaneck and Engelwood. We have a large space that can handle 500+ people.

Thank You

I think I'm retired. Probably 60% of the seminar slides are garbage by now.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Although most here won't like it, I think that the first part of the seminar where you teach Credit Card for dummies 101, is the more important part of the seminar for most people.
It's cool to learn a couple of new tricks and hacks you didn't know before but the most valuable info for most participants is the basics. You'd be surprised how many people don't yet know the basics.

  • Location: The value of a forum such as this one is not in that one can post a question and receive an answer, but in that the question has most likely been asked before, and the answer is available to him that will but only use the search function.
  • Programs: 1. Search on google. 2. Search in the right board of DDF with a general word or two. 3. Read the wiki. 4. Read the thread. 5. Ask away.

I agree. Giving a beginners only seminar is the way to go.

Then you can reel them in; hook, line & sinker.
