From the post, you'd match to JetBlue to Delta to United. I don't know about timing as I'm still waiting to see if I will get the JetBlue status.

Follow the link in the DDMS post for Jet Blue. You will need a screenshot of your Frontier status.

I successfully matched Frontier Gold directly to SWA A-List. However, it seems that to match to Delta, you need to have flown non-basic economy within the last 3 years, so that kills it for me. I only flew basic.

Just did this and got it within a half hour!! I'll try from there to AA.
Valid through 8/31.
