Shabbos hourly forecast display

I'm trying to find a solution to display the hourly weather forecast in a way that will stay on continuously over Shabbos. Ideally, I’d love to use a Google Nest Hub, but I don’t think it supports that.

Other devices I have available include iOS and Android phones, an iPad, or even a standard PC monitor. Has anyone found a good setup that works well for this use case?

Chrome auto refresh on a PC?
