Anyone with experience sending in bank statements as proof? Is it similiar to amex or need exact proof?

In general I have found Capital 1 to be the most difficult bank when it comes to proving identity with documents or other methods.
(For example one question I got was: What is your brother's b-day. Answer: (Erev Rosh Hashana. English date please...) does anybody have an old calendar... you failed!)

Op is not asking about identity verification. He asked about like a financial review. How strict are they with matching documents
