I don't know what the meals are. You can most definitely order a kosher meal though.

I flew with then TLV-YYZ in Business class the kosher meal was very good!

its HAMASBIA (they have also a branch in Canada)  & certification is MKM (mk mehadrin)

its the same for all airlines leaving from YYZ, & only AC also from YUL
