Correct you are. And I'm not trying to defend myself, he asked if anyone does so I said I do, and from my experience with him, I know he's gonna try to find a way I'm wrong. (or maybe not bec he refuses to search for it! :P )
We do agree on sometrhing.

Don't sweat it. Just ignore responses like that in the future.

Are there any members here that do a search first for every question they ask?
Believe it or not, yes, there are people like that. Some people actually put in a tiny bit of effort to find their answers on their own before asking for help.

To expect someone to do a search every time before they ask a question is both insane and stupid.
No, to expect someone to answer the same question again & again & again when the questioner can find the answer with only the slightest effort is both insane and stupid.

That would've made more sense with some spaces and without the hashtag.

I can't understand why someone wouldn't put in a little bit of their own effort before asking people to help them out. Its only right that you at least try to help yourself before asking others to help you.

I wasn’t trying to conceal anything. The name of the poster is not important. The point was to show the same question is asked over and over and every one of them that I know of gets answered.

ye i got that part, it just seemed u were trying to hide who said it, which is not a problem. i was just saying that there no point in taking the extra few seconds to change it since it doesnt take away the link.

and every one of them makes it progressively harder for the next person to find the answer by splitting the discussion into many threads.

(and not every one gets answered, unless you count "search before asking" or a link to other thread(s) as an answer)

For everyone that claims they search every single time before they ask a question you might want to rethink that. You are most likely mistaken or do not know how to use the search function. I would hate to resort to the “gotcha” game but you might not leave me any choice.

Believe it or not many of us actually do that. If you are too lazy to search, that's your problem, but please don't call others lazy when they actually put in effort each and every time before they post.
