I didn't want to start too large. def on the smallish size and we'll see how it goes

Would normal cc protections cover s/t like this?
Is anyone willing to organize an campaign, keep track of who makes payments, and then somehow return them?

You have your normal CC protection.

ETA: I posted to quick. Once you make a payment and it goes into the account you are pretty much SOL. It is now up to the admin of the fund to make sure he gets his money.

Dont have access to Venmo bc I'm overseas.

When I try setting up an account, the screen just shows me the number 400.
N/t else.
Also, it doesn't seem to request an email address, at least not thus far. Anyone else experience issues?

Sure, but I'm asking about if the website charges you x, and only puts y into the account. Or some other shenanigan. I assume all protections would apply?

if the admin never receives the money you don't think you can issue a chargeback? why not?

In that case yes. I would be worried in they claim fraud and hold the money or they go bust.

IMO once the money is properly credited to the account the CC transaction is completed. The money issue for whatever reason is between the admin of the account and CT from that point on.

What happens to the funds after 7 days if the goal is not met?
It seems the CC will not be charged.

That shouldn't effect the chargeback.

Cool! Can I use it just by myself or I need to arrange a group of ppl for that? (sounds like the first is correct, but just wanna make sure) also, is there any spending limit like AP?
