Personally, all things considered I'd take Chicago at 75k over either other option.
Agreed.

Agreed.
Care to elaborate?

Chicago is offering 35k and about 10k cheaper than Cls but once I factor in moving costs and the fact that my wife doesn't have a job I was thinking I might as well stay in NY than go to U Chicago. NU is enticing for the 150k. Please let me know if I'm overlooking something.

it would be much easier to stay here in NY but I'm trying to remove that from the equation for now.

Thank you for your response. While I'm definitely open-minded to moving to Chicago, it would be much easier to stay here in NY but I'm trying to remove that from the equation for now.

As a practicing attorney would you(or anyone else who might have an opinion) take the 150k at Northwestern vs 40k at Cls? I have been given conflicting advice on if Cls is worth 110k+ over NU and would love to get anymore insight if possible.

Here is a good piece that shows much better full-time employment rates for graduates of UC over NW:
http://abovethelaw.com/2017/04/the-top-law-schools-with-the-best-employment-outcomes/
however due to NW #10 ranking and your full scholarship, perhaps some experts would recommend graduating without that additional debt.

Yes, but the ATL rankings have all the credibility of the Cooley rankings.  Anyone who thinks you're more likely to get the job you want from WUSTL than from Yale, deserves to live in St. Louis.

It's really boiling down to is it a wise investment to pay ~2600 a month on (hopefully) 21k a month pretax for a decade? Are the numbers doable?

Kind of getting cold feet with this amount of debt though I do think Cls is my best option.

Unless you get cold called by the professor in front of 100 people at which time he or she proceeds to make you look like an imbecile for not having brief the cases.

and then the shame passes and you're stronger than before.
Fair warning - Any PMs sent in response to forum posts are fair game for ridicule in public.

Many cliff notes available that a yeshiva guy can read in 30 seconds and sound way smarter than other students who briefed for hours, when called on.
