And if you’re assuming wrong?
Then it's tougher. You can google the range of gpa and lsat for each school. If you have a low gpa I personally wouldn't recommend law school. Unless you don't want big law and are ok working 9-5 for a Goverment salary.

So if my gpa and lsat numbers are good, a degree from excelsior is good enough?

When schools look at you it's around 90% GPA and LSAT score 10% everything else.

I'm close to finishing TTI/Excelsior's liberal arts degree. Does anyone have any experience using it to go to law school?
I know a friend (about a dozen years ago though) who was accepted to BU, Cardozo, and Fordham with an Excelsior degree summa cum laude and 166 LSAT

If you can get in (almost) anywhere with a Btl, I can't imagine Excelsior is any worse.

excelsior plus a 166 lsat is not a great combination. Maybe he had excellent letters in his applications.

I mean, BU's LSAT 27-75 is 160-164, and that's the best school in that bunch, so he slightly underperformed his LSAT

The range of options between these two things is enormous.

Coming from a yeshiva degree- do law schools care about where or how many places you went to?
I was in a bunch of different yeshivos at a bunch of different times without having received my Talmudic degree(getting it now). Anyone looking at my resumet would think it’s ridiculous that I switched so many times(including in and out of one plac twice as well as being in one place for one semester etc.).

Is that something I should worry about when trying for the top tier law schools?

Will I be able to make up for that with a good gpa and lsat score?

TIA
