Any idea where I can get a sim-card when I land? I want to be able to Uber from the airport.

If I recall correctly, you can pick one up in the airport

I'd recommend buying from a provider directly if possible. This way they can properly program your phone I.E. MMS & Data settings.

Find out before hand which Sim card the regular fires like wh Smith carry. Decide which one/s you want and go online before hand and find out the apn settings for your phone with that Sim. Take a screenshot of it and then you have it even without data.

You can't know that far ahead yet. But if it all follows a strict pattern, it should be on the odd days.

Holiday inn london mayfair vs. crowne plaza city center . Ihg platinum, chance for upgrades and location for tourist attractions. Will be using points. Which one should I go with.

If it's supposed to be on the odd days and it rains on the odd day it can be changed to the even days. You have to check much closer to the time and hope it doesn't change.

We stayed in Holiday Inn London Mayfair. We took tube from airport to Green Park station (I think), and it was 5-minutes walk to the hotel. Buckingham Palace is about 7-10 minutes walk and most of the major tourist attractions are also close by (Uber was around 8-10 pounds). Dont know about Crowne Plaza. That Green Park station is sort of in-between hotel & Buckingham Palace.

Depends on how big of a HP fan you are. People spend anywhere from 2 hours to 13 hours. Average is probably 3-4.

Any restaurants deliver to Heathrow airport hotels? I'm stuck here overnight and starving.

Eta: I just checked deliveroo and they said they don't deliver to my area. I'm by the Renaissance Heathrow.

None will deliver to the airport, however you could get uber to pick up for you.

Alternatively there are some places in the airport where you can buy kosher sandwiches. Link.
