-Here is a handy planner for the public transport system.

-DD's Kosher Sandwiches can be bought in most major airports and stations and at some supermarkets around London.  Check here for a list of locations.

Gatwick Express runs until 1:00-1:30 to Victoria Station and take bus/es from there.
I've got a wife and kid. Anything more convenient? Uber priced at £79

It's one bus from Victoria to Golders Green. I think it's the 82 or the 13. The 13 runs 24 hours, I'm not sure about the 82.

*The 13 runs by day. The 13N runs during the night hours on the same route.

I stand corrected. I just looked it up on tfl.gov.uk and the 13 doesn't go all the way to Victoria. The 82 does but I'm not sure of it's night schedule.

What would be my best option to get from Gatwick to golders green after midnight?

There is a direct train from Gatwick to Hendon at least once/hour throughout the night. From there a minicab would be very cheap and easy. check out www.thetrainline.com

But I think you'll find a direct minicab is more convenient, especially with kids. Eg www.meadway.com - ask them how much it would cost.

Train costs £35 each person and southern railway is £15

They want approx £77.
I guess train to Victoria and Uber is my best bet.

Never been to London

I'm planning to go in November

I heard the main economical transportation is via tube

I'm staying at the Park Lane and plan on going to Kosher Restaurants daily

Is tube direct or tube/Uber my best option
I don't mind paying a few pounds or euro for a Uber as well if I'll save a lot of time.

You're coming in late at night with a wife and kid. I assume flight is free and hotel is free (or accommodations). Why schlep when you'll be tired. I came in before midnight- just wanted to settle in hotel and get a good nights sleep to run around the next day. But to each his own.

Im coming in from a vacation and going to Wales. I was trying to make it as cheap as possible wherever convenient. £75 is alot more than £45.
I do have a 4 hour drive the next day so maybe I'll end up taking a taxi. I have to check what Uber prices at.

One way on train from gatwick to hendon direct is 16 pounds each, not 35. Uber or cab from Hendon station should be 5-7 pounds or so.
If you want to save money I would do that. Much more efficient and pleasant than messing round with trains to victoria (in the center of london) at the dead of night - and I think cheaper also.
This is a single train from gatwick to hendon, with no changes. Not the tube.

We stayed in marble arch area. We went to Reuben's  (just walked it) but other dinners in GG. We Ubered or Gett there and back since we were tired from touring and just wanted food and bed. But there is underground and it seems very quick. My only complaint about the underground is that there is no a/c in train and the trains are smaller than NY Trains and can get very crowded. (but much cleaner).

I guess I miss typed something.
At 2 am Victoria isn't too bad but Hendon is for sure easier. I can probably get my car parked by Hendon station for me. Where is it exactly?

No, most economical way to Golders Green is by bus, see above. 1.50 each way. Time is similar to taking tube when you consider changing at Euston etc, but much more pleasant IMO. Busses every few minutes.
