the King Solomon is next to R' Chuna's (Mikva and Minyan factory) you can see opinions on it upthread

Holiday Inn Express GG is fine, have stayed there and was quite happy. If you can afford it Pillar Hotel is much nicer, and close to shuls/mikve/restaurants etc - and has better (kosher) breakfast.

Breakfast at Holiday Inn Express is free
There is a fridge with kosher items, no specific hechsher in hotel. They have CY milk, yoghurts and cheese, sealed pastries and rolls (not sure, but assume Kedessia), kellogs cereal with manchester hechsher

Pillar Hotel is (I believe) under Federation Kashrut

My client is flying on WX 116 to LCY on 25 Oct arriving at 12:55 PM.
He is in London for 24 hours with his 10 y/o son and only has Wednesday to tour.
Considering his arrival time and his sons age, which attraction would be most appropriate?

If his son is a die-hard Harry Potter fan, I think it's worth catching the afternoon bus and tour of the studio. Otherwise, you can probably do 1-3 activities in the London Dungeon / London Eye area. I assume a kid would have no interest in seeing Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, etc. and it's too late in the day for Changing of the Guard (maybe you can catch seeing a guard/horse standing at Whitehall though), so I stick with my suggestion despite them not really being uniquely-London activities.

Did the London Eye, was a long wait and was just OK.  Oxford Street is very interesting for adults, I doubt a 10 year old will enjoy. London Dungeon , I have not been, but my twin daughters at the time age 13 did enjoy Hyde Park and Westminster Abbey and Big Ben since they read about them.

In my opinion, London dungeon is catered to kids but very gory. Some kids find it interesting and entertaining and some find it disgusting and nauseating.
At least that's how I remember it from the time I went there as a kid.

There are other activities in that area - maybe a Ripley's? Don't recall. Google should help.

Next question: They are going to the eye doctor in Potters Bar on Thursday and will be done at 11:20 AM. Their flight is at 04:15 from LHR on VS and no checked baggage.
Any suggestions what to do before their flight? They'd like to catch a Mincha as well, if possible (Central Synagogue has a 01:15 Mincha).
