-If you plan on using public transportation, get an Oyster card. They are much cheaper and easier to use than conventional travel cards, and never expire. They can be bought in many stores in London, or online. These days one can use contactless credit cards instead of Oyster.(Check here to see if your foreign contactless card will work.)

-Here is a handy planner for the public transport system.

-DD's Kosher Sandwiches can be bought in most major airports and stations and at some supermarkets around London.  Check here for a list of locations.

-Kosher in the West End/City -
Selfridges food hall has a variety of kosher groceries and prepackaged ready food by 1701.

R' Chuna's (Beth Shmuel Synagogue)

-Minyan in the West End could be found at the Marble Arch Synagogue. Shacharis during the week is followed by breakfast, and a kiddush on Shabbos.

-Most food products in general stores do not have a hechsher on them. This does not necessarily mean they are not kosher. For example, Coca-Cola does not have a hechsher, but it is kosher. Here is an online kosher product search that could help. Link to Android app.

The tourist attractions are quite spread out. If you are referring to the palace, Big Ben etc., there is nothing Kosher within walking distance. However the underground (subway) is very convenient for getting from a to b.

Which hotels were you looking at?

Hilton Park Lane is situated in a great area, and if you could get a room on a higher floor, you'll get some decent views. Also not too far from Reuben's.

I'm flying to London for a wedding I'm using BA points in F class (yes high fuel charge) the wedding is on Thursday night so I'm leaving NY on Wednesday night should I take the 9:30pm flight which arrives 9:25am or 10:55pm which arrives 11am I was never in London before I would like to see changing of guards but on their website doesn't show schedule for February yet. If I land 9:25am will I make it? What else is there to see before wedding. I am returning Friday 8:20am flight so I have basically only Thursday afternoon to do some touring

There's plenty of stuff to do. I think there standard off season times for changing of the guards. I can't answer for your other obligations but you will find plenty to do

Probably around 45 minutes (heathrow express to a bus). But it's expensive

If I have choice of airports to fly into which is the best as far as transportation and cost of transportation into the city.
If you can fly into London City, that's ideal (you can get right on the DLR and the underground), but there aren't many flights.
Other than that - Heathrow and Gatwick both have trains into the city - Heathrow to Paddington in 18 mins, I believe, Gatwick to Victoria station in about half an hour. Not cheap (more or less the same price, about 18 GBP), but fast.

There's a train from Stansted to London, it takes about an hour because it stops on the way.

Luton is to be avoided. It is nowhere.
