If you are looking to fly 4-5 international trips, it would probably be better to learn how to maximise your FF miles instead of paying fares.

But as sky says, do the calculation yourself and make sure its worth it.

Also make sure you know about the status and how it would benefit you. There are some CCs that offer some of the bennys of status.

What would be my best route to maximize the miles? traveling with a stop would increase the miles?

You'll want to fly USAirways with as many stops as possible.

When you credit to aegean for status, us airways will give you 100% of the flown miles, while united will only give 50%.
