They don't check the name of the cardholder they just verify that it is a ink card, so you can put whatever name you like

Anyone ever use the Lounge Club card in IST? Also, let me just get this straight: If I am going with 3 people plus an infant, I need to get each of those 3 people an AU card and then also a Lounge club card so that my entire "company" gets in both on the way to Israel (since that's why I am stopping in IST) and on the way back, right?

Yes I've used it in IST. about the authorized users you only have to get one of them bec with each Lounge club card you can bring a guest.

are you sure about guest being included? someone wrote earlier, thats its $27 for each guest, and you can't even use the 2nd free pass?!

I used my LoungeClub card for the first time, and they charged my INK cc $27 - even though the first 2 visits are supposed to be free. I called up LoungeClub and they told me to call chase, i called chase and they told me to call LoungeClub, i told chase "that LoungeClub said i should call chase" and she said "there's nothing chase could do, so i suggest you dispute the charge and then it'll be back in LoungeClub's hands to deal with it and prove that this was your 3rd+ visit because the first 2 are free, and being that this was actually your first visit, you will win the dispute".
Anyone with similar experience?

No. You get a regular LoungeClub membership card, and thats what you use to get into the lounge - they swipe the LoungeClub card. And first 2 swipes (visits) are free when you signed up with the "CHASEINK" invitation code

In addition to that LC membership card, two single use passes came too IIRC.

Not in my experience - I have 3 LC cards (from 3 ink cards) and i only received the regular LC card (No "two single use passes").
Also according to the LoungeClub website when you sign up with the invitation code "CHASEINK", it says clearly "INK from Chase business card members also receive the first two visits per membership year at no cost... The LOUNGE CLUB membership card is required for access to lounges".

I had fraud on my ink card so they gave me a new number. Do you think I can use that for a new lc card or should I make a new au to play it safe?
