Lounge Club dosnt wanna give me cards for my AU they claim that  Chase told them its only for Primery card holder, I called Chase & they said the same thing only primery card holder are eligible for the lounge club card. what do i show/tell Chase to prove them otherwise?

I thought that program ended end of april, I don't think you can still sign up...

Sorry if i wasn't clear, i signed up already 2 months ago, but i received a card only for me, not for my 3 AUs whan i called Lounge club they told me only I'am eligible, & the verify the CC info with Chase if its the primery or an AU.

Dan in his last post about this benfit clearly says that all card even AUs gets their own LC card & 2 free visits. And on the landing page of loungeclub.com/ink was steted clearly that all authorised agents from the compeny that have their own cards get their own 2 free entries, but this page is no longer active and i dont have a screen shot of it, Chase gave me fax number that when i get screen shot of the offer i should fax it, and they will honor it, does anyone have a screen shot?

Yes you could, but YMMV if the lounge will check the name though.

I just noticed my passes expired last month. Is there free renewal or something else out there?
