Anyone have reviews of carbon restaurant?

The food tastes good but not special, kinda homey. It’s a good value for the price point.
The sausage sandwich is good, as are the fried wings. Cowboy slow cooked beef was soft but stringy unfortunately.

They are still in soft opening phase.
Ordering is all done via your phone or a kiosk, and the system makes it very easy for a table to order together but have each person pay their share at the end.
No waiter service yet.
They don’t have their alcohol license yet either so no beer yet.

Ordered out. Food tastes ok. The portions are larger than I expected and you get your $ worth.
Ordered the don, fries xl and the cowboy beef. They were out of turkey wings tonight.

Anyone have reviews of carbon restaurant?

I really enjoyed their fries, beef Milanese, and their pareve “dolce-de-leche” cookies. They’re going for a fast-casual concept and for the price their food is tasty and filling, and their ambiance is nice too. Certainly a contender IMHO to Boeuf and Bun across the street.
