Regretfully, IME Happy Dry Cleaners. I have tried for years to practice או קנה מיד עמיתך, but have been let down so badly.

I've been using Regency and have been happy with the quality of their work.

The response from the cleaners is quite believable, and I honestly think they had no idea what the signs were saying.

But besides, there are so many cleaners in CH. Did you guys really find all of them subpar??

"When they realized?" Please. The clippings were up for something like an hour or two. Whatever they suddenly realized in 2 hours, they would have realized beforehand.

I don't use cleaners all that much, and I usually go to other places. However, I was told one should never send a kapota to the cleaners, but desperate times and all, so I asked a kapota salesman where he recommends. He said, "Nowhere, but if you have to, Happy."

Oh my, I've never cleaned a kapota or tallis before (לע"ע), but I'd be annoyed if that happened to me as well.

I will say a relative had a suit at Regency he needed for a wedding and only remembered long after closing time. I don't remember the exact details, but I believe the owner was upstate and went out of his way in a major way to get the man his suit.
