Pesach Kashrus alert, MarketPlace produce department:

(Select products, see pdf for details)
I love how such a mishap can happen without the hechsher taking any responsibility, as if the marketplace wrongly mislabeled things. It's very clear that they ran a "pesach operation" with zero basic hashgacha. Does CHK not have a mashgiach at all?
Telling people that bought these products that their pesach kitchen need to be kashered?!? IANAR and I don't know if you need to kasher because garlic was used, but telling someone his oven is chometzdik (and obviously cannot be kashered because we are "machmir") is a bit extreme.
Additionally it's not as if the print of CHK on a label is a sign of yes/no hechsher. In my eyes the whole marketplace is under CHK and if it has the marketplace label it has the CHK label. So a lot more responsibility needs to be taken by the hechsher.
