Maybe they all have as big of a family as exgingi?
ALL eateries would be out of business if they were to count on my family for business.

While I do have 2 brothers-in-law (or brother-in-laws as they would be known around here  ;)) that could probably sustain quite a few eateries, they live OOT and can only be counted on for the 6 or 7 (possibly more) times a year they come.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Somehow MIA eateries survive from traffic in January, so who knows.

Groceries and bakeries are separate in the wiki. Visitors for a couple of weeks of the year does very little to help. The question is how the others are surviving.

Lakewood has 4 to 5 times as many families and not as many eateries.

I don't usually eat out, but recently tried to get a table in one of the Lakewood upscale places.. almost impossible if you're not early. So Lakewood is underserved.

I think we need to add Moby's and Mamma's kitchen to the Wiki.

Also one of the main points missing above that aside from the CH 'tourists', whether they may be during Tishrei or other times during the year there are tens of thousands of shuchim (including their children) who visit CH on a semi-regular basis, at least annually  Many of them do not have any Kosher eateries where they come from.

being Kosher (wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosher_foods) and having a Hashgocha are 2 different things.

Basil's website says that they have a kosher menu: http://basilny.com/index.html, yet no hashgocha is listed.

If that makes you happy, good for you. It just makes quite a few underlying assumptions, whereas the way I phrased it makes no assumptions but simply inquires about facts.
