If you have room for dessert, you didn't order enough.

    That is actually a גמרא.
However my thesis is that if the food was good, I would rather remain with that good taste. Dessert is for those times when I'd rather have the food I just ate be forgotten.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Indeed, they're coded as a bakery, right?
Buncho Bagels (which I ran $2K for a catered event on my CSR) is categorized as a bakery as well. Some DM with customer service reversed that, but disappointing.

I'm starting to wonder if this is a trend. Does coding as a bakery lower their processing fees?

    That is actually a גמרא.

Are there any "breakfast" (bris) caterers that do code as restaurants?

You can always decide to do it the right way, and have a fleishig סעודת מצוה for a bris (I did it 4 times).

    Who said breakfast?

The earliest one I did could be classified as brunch, where cold cuts were served. Others were lunch or dinner with a hot fleishig סעודה.

Last time I checked, I found that a סעודת מצוה should be fleishig, no such Halachic requirement for cholent.

What about making the Bris early because of Zrizim Makdimim?

AFAIK, the only time you do the bris later is if there will be more people. As people tend to need to go to work, I wish to do it before 9.

Either way, I asked about how caterers code on credit cards, and you're lecturing about halacha. G-d bless ddf.
