Saw it on the sidewalk on the corner of Kingston and Union a couple of days ago. I'm not a fan of those that block the sidewalks, especially at times of high pedestrian traffic.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

And people that buy from him in the winter when there's obviously not enough time for him to be back home for Shabbos.

    Yup.

I believe they make much of their breads in-house now as well, a big improvement.

Looks like shes out - http://collive.com/show_news.rtx?id=47698&alias=basil-to-open-with-new-chef-menu

looking forward to some improvements, iy"H. (I remember the first time we ordered a glass of wine, and we thought that it was a mistake. It was a large 8-9 oz wine glass with what looked like 2.0 - 2.5 oz of wine...)

"A standard pour is generally 5 ounces (that's five glasses to every 750 ml bottle). However, some restaurants will pour as much as 6 ounces and a few may offer less, depending on the price of the wine.Jul 15, 2008"

IMHO anything under 4-4.5 oz is theft unless free, anything  under 5 oz is bad business. Anything over 6 oz is also probably bad business

I consider a glass to be 25% of the bottle.
