looking forward to some improvements, iy"H. (I remember the first time we ordered a glass of wine, and we thought that it was a mistake. It was a large 8-9 oz wine glass with what looked like 2.0 - 2.5 oz of wine...)
"A standard pour is generally 5 ounces (that's five glasses to every 750 ml bottle). However, some restaurants will pour as much as 6 ounces and a few may offer less, depending on the price of the wine.Jul 15, 2008"
IMHO anything under 4-4.5 oz is theft unless free, anything under 5 oz is bad business. Anything over 6 oz is also probably bad business
I consider a glass to be 25% of the bottle.
