I doubt any of 3,000 international Rabbis would be interested in a sit down at Basil during this time regardless of what certification they have.

at least 1,000 of these rabbis would have been able to do so had Basil been properly certified-Kosher.
During one of my recent visits to Basil this year, Rabbi Berel Lazar, Chief Rabbi of Russia/FSU was eating there with several friends, community members, and colleagues. They cannot do that now until changes are made.
