Miles missing from united after merger.

Before merger my united mileage plus account was having 24000+ miles and my continental one pass was having 0. I had linked both of my account before merger and had kept all miles under united mileage plus account. After merger it is showing continental one pass number as my united milesge plus number with 0 miles.

Also I had united explorer card with united number attached to it.   last week I saw promotional 50000 miles and additional usage miles posted on chase website. However didn't get transferred to new united mileage plus account with continental number.

Any one experiencing such difficulties with mergers. Goes without saying that any call to united customer service these days comes with toll of over 1 hour wait time. Any suggestions how is best time efficieent way to resolve this issue?

call the british hotline! they pick right up, but be careful i called a few time for different people and the same lady picked up every time!
