one hour should not lead to flies.

By the way, 1 hour or 12 hours -- flies will not spontaneously generate!  They figured that out in the late 1600's :)

Why didn't you go thru the regular path of Amazon A-Z guarantee?

I did. That's how I won. Now this guy is sending threatening emails. I haven't responded to him yet.

I ordered Beef and Broccoli for pick-up. I got home and opened it, it was chicken and broccoli with 2 pieces of beef in it. Receipt says "Chicken and broccoli, add beef."

I call the restaurant, they offer 10% off my next order. That's like $1.50, assuming I even go back there - no thanks. Disputed with Chase online once charge posted. Charge reversed instantly.

Who orders Chicken and Broccoli? I didn't even know that existed.

I do. My 18 month old loves the bobabi.

Not sure what frum means in this context. It was kosher. The guy at the counter was wearing a yarmulke. I believe the guy with whom I spoke on the phone was not Jewish.

I forgot to mention that I told the guy that I was unhappy and that I would dispute the charge and he said something to the effect of "that's your choice"

Made a $300 order from China Beach for a SB party. Order included a dozen pastrami egg rolls at $5 each.
The egg rolls were clearly filled with salami.
Called the restaurant and they said nope, it's pastrami.
WWYD?

I have an opposite experience. I ordered from Amsterdam burger and told them please double check everything as I am going to Brooklyn and not gonna come back if they make a mistake. Of course they forgot the dessert. I called up and she said yes I know we forgot it. She refunded me for it and put a $10 credit on my account. Some other places should learn from them!

Dispute away. Once asked Reb Nechemia Goldstein (i beleive thats who it was, he was a posek that learnt in sadigur) in Yerushalayim about this kind of scenario, he did not want to pasken without hearing both sides. He did tell me as a general rule once a store accepts the credit card agreement they are bound by the terms including all the rules they have regarding disputes.
