Hypothetically speaking, if the USA will reinstate obligatory army service, would you leave?!

If it is permanent, of course. Happened in many eastern European countries before WWII and that exactly what frum Jews attempted to do

A very important point not mentioned here, is that Agudah conditioned their support on the draft exemption for Yeshiva students. This agreement has been and will be codified into law again and again as the Supreme Court legislates from the bench. (If you thought the US supreme court was doing that, you've yet to read up on the Israeli Supreme Court).

I wonder if Orthodox Jews would be able to claim religious exemption. I doubt it but maybe...

Don't know why Muslims can, but for Jews there is generally no prohibition to serve besides for the obligation to utilize ones time for studying torah.

In the United States, there are two main criteria for classification as a conscientious objector. First, the objector must be opposed to war in any form, Gillette v. United States, 401 U.S. 437. Second, the objection must be sincere. reference here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conscientious_objector#Current_legal_situation

That is what I was thinking too. But if you get the right lawyer (and we have plenty) They may find room to apply it to Orthodox Jews. Especially if it is true that Muslims are exempt, they are not more anti-war than us...

AFAIK Aku"m are not mitemai, or at least not medoriasa. By Levi I assume you mean for learning, the Rambam say כל אשר נדבו ליבו has the same din as a Levi

the point is any kohen can qualify for the position. which shows that even though they dont fight they are not opposed to war in any form from an ideological position

If they try to block the emigration

Platinum -- hate to burst your bubble, and please don't take this personally or as an afront to the Haredi way of life, but who in Israel would attempt to "block the emigration" of tens of thousands of Yeshiva students  who don't work and don't serve in the army, and live primarily off government and charitable subsidies?!?!?
