Also, you can just call the # that's on the top of the application screen and they will give you the same offers (Ask about the 50k MR for $5k spend or the 75k MR for $10k spend and it shouldn't be an issue.  Push a little, they will give it to you).  Now, if someone can find a non-targeted 75k MR for $5k spend, that would be extra nice   It just doesn't seem to be worth an extra 25k in points to have to make double the spend (unless you would have already done so, anyways).

Are you talking about making an issue for cards that are open or other card applications ? It shouldn't be an issue for cards that are open.

Very often that happens with Amex. After calling in and verifying you put in the app they approve you on the spot.

No, most of the 75K offers going around right now are the 10K spend. There does exist a 75K for 5K spend but they are harder to come by.
