im getting offered via "my offers" a 75k/5k while i currently have a active biz bgr and had just gotten the bonus. If i sign up, will i get it again? No mention of having the card or 12 months etc.

It's not like there are a bunch of us sitting in a DDF office with a stack of rsvps that we're looking to hand out to people who meet a checklist of requirements. There are no rules. If someone has a code that they're willing to share it's up to them to decide who to share it with.

I found a link to the Amex Business Gold 75k offer with 10k spend. I just applied and was approved. I haven't had this card in the last 12 months which is referenced in the offer, so I'm confident that this will go through just fine. I'm new here to the forums. Is it appropriate to post the link here for others to use?

Why not, go for it, but it could be you were targeted specially, does the link work if you close the link and open it again to the offer?
