I once got an error (not with this link) I just kept on trying in the end it worked!

Do I need to clear out the points from my biz account before closing the card? Or will I be able to retain the points even after closing since it is also linked to my personal cc which will remain open?

2 biz gold cards (50K each)
1 biz plat (40K)
1 delta biz (30K)

I tried 50+ times to get the 75K for this offer on gold and eventually gave up and went for 2 of the 50's. Also kind of relieved that I don't have to come up with another $5-10K spend in 3 months since as it is I have to come up with $16K.

will u get the bonus for both biz gold? Don't u have to wait 12 months? Or is that only for the same tax Id?

IME in the past doing a biz gold and biz platinum 2BM for the same tax ID resulted in points posting from both. Would be huge if you could hit 2 BRG and all points post, as that means you could likely do the same with other products (2 spg biz same day, 2 delta gold biz, etc). Separate tax ids would be an excellent way of justifying to amex recon.

I figured it would improve chances of getting reward like Hank pointed out.

And yes, I waited 12 calender months since I closed this or similar product.
