I have a business gold card, got it 2 years ago, never got the bonus (long and complicated, but essentially the card came after the 3 month period). Can I cancel the card now and signup for the card again and get a new bonus offer?

The bonus terms preclude anyone who's had the card before in their lives, irregardless of whether they've received a bonus. That would seem to include you. Sorry.

so by that logic, if I have the gold now and downgrade to the green (i never had the green before), this would preclude me from getting the Green's bonus offer in the future?

Or apply for a green and then downgrade the gold if you want to get the bonus and keep the card open.

I got 75/5 offer in the mail and I tried signing up online but something happened and it said the system wasn't able to process.  I called up and was approved and got the card on Monday.  The business name I used on the online signup was different from what I used over the phone.  Today I received a new card with the business name I used on the online form.  Are these separate accounts? Will I get the 75k on both of them (with spending 5k on both of course)?  Has anyone ever had this happen?  Should I call and ask?  Sorry for all the questions.
