If i got this in January then had it shut down during a FR before getting the bonus do I  still have to wait a year to be in full compliance with the new t&c?

Last week I applied for this card after seeing the offer but didn't see this thread warning about F/R until today. I got accepted for this card immediately, but I don't have the proof to pass a F/R if one gets triggered for my account. Would spending 1-1.5K per week trigger a financial review?

I closed my Amex gold biz just over 3 months ago but I never got any bonus for signing up for it as it was during the matching hiatus so I signed up w/o any bonus offer hoping to get matched to 75k which never happened... Do I have a better chance of getting the bonus now even though 12 months have not passed since closing my last one?
