I just logged in and the statement didn't close yet? Anyone had that before?

IME, the next day midday generates "electronic" statement. And the second day generates "paper", i.e. pdf statement.
So it's perfectly normal for them.

How long till my regular spend points show up in pending?

I signed up for the gold businesses with a offer that i get 50k after spending $5k, now after spending $3k I got the points already and when I check my points activity details it shows "BGR $5K spend / 50K MR Pts"
would Amex take back the points if I don't finish the spending, is there a chance of double dipping?

Say nothing, spend $5k, and see if you get it twice.

Hey,

I have an Amex Business Gold that I got about a month ago. I have not gotten a limit on how much I can spend so far on this card. I have a bill for $50,000 coming up. Would it be an issue if I charge it to the card?

The balance will be paid up in full before the end of the month.
