its 4 weeks since I got my new Amex business gold card I apply with a offer for 75k did the spending and they keep telling me there is no record of such a offer I have the offer in front of me they told me they will send it to u superviser and now I got the latter sorry we cant give it to you nothing on the record . do I still have a chance of getting this points ? or should I close it and open it again ?

Did you send in a copy of the offer?

Explain that you have an offer and you can send a copy as proof. Try the chat feature online. That may be a good option.

that's what i did with a plat 100k and he said he'll open an investigation. still waiting. it's only been a week though

Try telling them you have new "evidence" you want to submit. Writing a letter may be another option with the offer enclosed.
