i am sick of being scammed by dell. after applying a $30 couponto a $129 item i paid the remaining 99 with dell dollars. the syste m tells me my order is accepted. when i get my next dell cc statement i see that the full amount of 129 plus tax was charged to my cc.their explanation? i broke the rules by using 2 coupons and by not using them to pay the full amount. now whos problem is this that their system accepts this form of payment and then goes and charges my cc w/o my authorization. im fed up talking to their pathetic powerless accented cs from india.anyone have any ideas

Call Mikel. Why is it the these Jewish owned company's are always so successful which is a great thing, that's why I succeeded in business. But then thy are all good scammers?

This Mikel guy is Mr Mikle Dell CEO of Dell. I can try to help you with it, you just ned to give me some more info on it. What have thy offered you already, how long ago did you buy this stuff? Anymore info can help.

Wow, it took me ten minutes to read that post. At first when you said mikel, I was like WTH. That's when I figured out you were trying to say "Michael". Seriously dude, there is something called "spell check" so even ignorant people can write properly. And even though the name Michael might not show up, just google Michael Dell to find out how to spell his freaking name. Jeez.

Yitz, as long as he didn't spill your cup of coffee you shouldn't be so critical. calm down. Check some other forums and see how people spell there. (now let me spell check this...)

Do not worry my dear friend, I scream at those guys too. I hate it when people don't spell properly. Take two minutes out of your time to spell check. Is it that hard?

got the dollars in an email in mid march '08 and wanted to redeem it quickly on about anything b4 they go and screw me over again (diff. story for later).i saw a $30 coupon code s/w-maybe dansdeals-and together with the dell dollars was hoping to redeem for a $129 sansa 8gb mp3 player for free .then they go and charge my dell preferred acct. $138.what a low class company to go and tell me i authorized and paid for this when in fact no mention of any due balance came up b4 i submitted the order. but go fight with these nerds who work for a dollar an hour
