After a recent Andaz stay I got the typical survey, I had many negative complaints which I wrote down,should I call up as well, or can I expect something or a call back based on the complaints in the survey?

About 20 min after I posted this, I got a follow up email saying they gave me 5k points for my troubles, prob worth it to try for more...

Incident: Issues with hotel led bike ride, and poor CS when we called in for help.
Compensation: 5k SPG

Incident: Alarm clock went off in middle of the night.
Compensation: 100 dollar Hyatt Gift Card.

Parents went to a hyatt place the other night.
My father slipped on the ice, bruised his knee, shoulder is hurting and ripped his suit.
Does have a bad shoulder and this is the type of thing that will really irritate it.
They did not put down salt before this happened.
Besides for getting the 2 nights free what else is a normal compensation to ask for?
Free night vouchers, check for the suit....??

If have an attorney in family or friend who is one have him make the call on your dad's behalf , as assume your dad was hurt and this negligence of "ice" warrants more then 2 free nites etc

This happened to me recently - don't remember which hotel it was at. I meant to complain about it, but I forgot. Looks like I should have  :)
