Incident: latch on door broken no chair in room -- gave 2 room upgrade -- in this new room maid did not close door after cleaning room and no automatic closure on door , air con worked in one room only
Compensation gave $200 credit for dinner and 80k ( one nite ) -- received a survey in e/m -- told the story --they said would hear back in 72 hours (I was not looking for anything more as I thought hotel handled well ) called 7 days later to ask why no reply --gave me one free night any Hilton because they did not get back to me in stated time
