I think at least $400 per night using cash, so if you find someone who's going to the WA anyways and paying for it, you might be able to get $300

How much compensation should one expect for the Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem not having any options on their room service menu besides one scoop of chocolate ice cream (at 11:30pm) when they offer a full 20-30 choice "menu"???

Hilton doubletree reservation booked with Gold account. Broken wifi service. 10k Hilton points.
The hotel manager gave me an additional 10k points. I never emailed the hotel directly, only Hilton itself. I guess Hilton worldwide forwarded them my email, but I ain't complaining.

was there on a motzei  shabbos and they were out of fish which is a big part of their menu,they were also out of all their deserts 
ordered a salad without tomatoes, the entire thing came full of tomatoes.
bottom line it might be a Waldorf but your still in israel

What's the difference if the acct holder was there or not?
You're trying to get compensation from the hotel or from starwood?

Incident: Patio door lock broken and maintenance never showed up, had to call several times for fresh towels, bath/shower faucet was broken so both were on at the same time.
Compensation: Called SPG after checkout and was offered 10,000 SPG points

Eh. Not gonna drive myself crazy for another 2k. And besides, this was about a month ago, so feel like if I call back and bring this problem up now, it's a bit too late. I still had a great time so I'm fine with the 10k.
